نوفر لك خيار الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.

• يشترط تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية.

• لا يُقبل استرجاع أو استبدال فساتين الزفاف أو بدلات الزفاف التي تم ارتداؤها أو التي تحتوي على أي تلف.

• رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

We provide the option of returns or exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition and unused.

• The original invoice must be presented.

• Wedding dresses and suits that have been worn or show any damage cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
